Cynthia is an excellent agent. We are out of town buyers from New England and do not know too much about the metro Phoenix AZ. Cynthia spent days to show us different suburbs of metro Phoenix and pointed out the pro and con of each suburb with absolutely no commitment that we would move to Phoenix AZ. We have many requirements and it is almost impossible to fulfill all of them, since the housing style of New England and Phoenix is vastly different. Cynthia emphasized that among all requirements, having public water is the one requirement that we cannot compromise. Cynthia guided us through the challenging process since we had to sell our house before we could purchase a property in Phoenix. After months, we identified a property in Scottsdale, AZ and put our house up for sale. As soon as our house was under contract, Cynthia started the purchasing process with contingency of the Scottsdale property. Once the offer was accepted and inspection was completed, she took care of the entire process faultlessly such as repairs, vendors, and HOA just to name a few. These tasks are very difficult to handle where you don't know anyone in Scottsdale, 2700+ miles away and 3 hours time difference. She communicated clearly, answered our questions within minutes, and took care of our concerns promptly. Every step of the process down to a minute detail was just a phone call to Cynthia. At the end, we just need to show up for final walkthrough and sign the closing document. It started as a simple 30 minutes phone call to interview Cynthia as a potential real estate agent to represent us, Cynthia (her family) now becomes our lifetime friend. In summary, she is "amazing".
